Terms of Sale

1. Seller

2. Services sold

• Featured placement: display of a server in a sponsored slot (“Featured server” #1, #2 or #3, or advertising banner) for one or more weeks, from Monday 00:00 to the following Monday 00:00 (Paris time). These slots are marked as sponsored and do not change the vote ranking.
• Premium: monthly or annual subscription giving access to the features described on the Premium page, for a given server.

Purchasing requires an account with a confirmed email address and a server approved in the ranking.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Current prices: slot #1 €19.90, #2 €14.90, #3 €9.90 and banner €30.00 per week; Premium €4.99 per month or €49.90 per year. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed on the site, then paid immediately by bank card (Stripe) or with PayPal. Bank details are processed by these providers and are never received by the seller. The order is confirmed by email; the invoice is available in your “Orders and invoices” area.

During payment, the chosen slot is reserved for 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed within this time, the slot is released.

5. Performance of the service

Featured placement is displayed automatically during the weeks purchased. Premium is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, for the period paid.

6. Premium subscription

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), at the current price, by charging the payment method used.
• You can stop the renewal at any time, in a few clicks, from your account (Orders and invoices → Stop renewal). Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid; no period already started is refunded.
• For an annual subscription, an email reminds you of the renewal date, and that you can choose not to renew, before each renewal.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days after the order to withdraw (article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation, the French Consumer Code).

• Featured placement whose week has not started: you can cancel within 14 days of the order and get a full refund by writing to us through the contact page.
• Service already started: by checking the box provided when you order, you ask for the service to start as soon as you pay, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article L221-28, 1°). For a service that has started but is not finished, you can still withdraw within 14 days; the amount corresponding to the service already provided then remains due (article L221-25).

Refunds are made to the payment method used, within 14 days of the request.

8. Suspension of a server

If a server is suspended for breaching the terms of use, its featured placements and its Premium end. Weeks that have not started are refunded, except in cases of proven fraud (rigged votes, illegal content).

9. Liability

Featured placement and Premium increase a server’s visibility, with no guarantee of a number of visitors, votes or players. If the site is unavailable during a featured placement, the seller extends the display by an equivalent period or refunds the part not provided.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us through the contact page or at [email protected]. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
